Policies & Returns
Our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase and want to return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to receive a Return Authorization. All returns must be mailed back to us within 14 days from the date you received your package (based on delivery confirmation per the USPS tracking number). Returns postmarked after 14 days will not be accepted.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased as a pre-order is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed and unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider adding tracking/delivery confirmation to your return package or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
*If your item is damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods via the mail service. Once an item is marked as delivered by the USPS, you must contact your local post office to resolve any issues with the package or delivery.
*We will not refund any items that are shipped to an incorrect address. It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If the USPS returns the package back to us for any reason (insufficient address, no forwarding address, etc.), you will be responsible for paying a shipping fee to resend to the corrected address.
*If you think that you've received defective/missing/incorrect items, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
